民航卫星电视系统是利用同步轨道卫星转发器建立飞机与地面站之间的传输通道,并且由卫星地面站提供卫星网络与地面网络的数据交换,可以提供卫星电视直播业务以及推送式数据广播服务。中国广电部、中国民航局和中国国际航空股份有限公司对此项目予以了极大的关注和支持。
Based on the data exchange betweensatellite network and ground network through satellite ground station, China civilaviation satellite TV system takes use of synchronous orbit satellite transponderto establish transmission channel to provide in-flight TV program and data pushservice. CAAC and Air Chinagive their great interests and supports to this project.
2015年6月成都富凯启动了国航波音B777-200型飞机上卫星电视系统的改装方案设计工作以及卫星电视接收设备取证工作。项目要求要保证该系统能够在9月3日的纪念中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利70周年阅兵这一具有重大意义的活动时进行电视节目直播。成都富凯克服了时间紧,任务重的困难,原计划在8月底进行的改装施工提前到了8月18日。改装施工完成之后,飞机进行了地面功能测试及电磁干扰测试。最终的测试结果显示卫星电视系统功能正常,并且没有对飞机上的系统造成干扰。随后,成都富凯获得了局方颁发的卫星电视系统在B777系列飞机上改装的重要改装设计批准书。
Chengdu Flacon kicked off this project inJune 2015. To watch the TV program live of Commemorating the 70 anniversary ofthe victory of Chinese people's Anti-Japanese war and the world anti-fascistwar in flight, Chengdu Falcon overcome the tightened schedule and heavyworkload to pull in the modification to August 18. And the function test and EMItest showed this modification has no impact to the aircraft. As a result,Chengdu Falcon successfully gained MDA issued by CAAC.
此项目的及时完成,再次展现了成都富凯高效专业的改装设计和适航取证能力,标志着富凯负责设计的机上客舱WiFI娱乐系统涵盖了地空宽带通信系统和卫星数据通信系统两大主流方式,也结束了中国民航客机上无法收看电视直播节目的历史,同时也进一步确立了国航在国内民航业中机上网络系统的开发建设领域的领先地位。
The timely accomplishment of this projectpresents Chengdu Falcon’s high-efficiency and professional capability ofmodification deisgn and certification. It indicates Chengdu Falcon designedcabin Wifi system covering two main ways of both ATG and satellitecommunication. It also concludes the history of no in-flight TV program of China civilaviation. And it further strengthens Air China’sleading position in the airborne network development of China civil aviationas well.
